For the service, every guest should tip. The price is good.

Spacious, acceptable spread for breakfast, swimming pool was cleaning thus didnt use but looks good.

No pots and pans etc for simple cooking.

Accommodation close to Nana Plaza, breakfast was excellent and a short walk to all amenities

Pool was closed for refurbishment,if you want to book this place and would like a pool check when refurbishment will be completed as it looked like it would be closed for a while

Overall not a bad stay, Thank you.

There was an amazing bathtub in our room, this is not something you find often. Our room was so spacious and very comfortable. The TV could be upgraded but other than that it wasn't a bad stay.

The breakfast was OK I guess, not the greatest. A few muffins or pastries and a little bacon would have been awesome. The fruit was the same on both days, so not even a variety.

I expect to receive a nice hotel room for the discounted price but received a cheaper worn out room.

Size of the room and the bed comfort was good.

Breakfast was poor; Shower chain was short (not for an average white male); Short on towels; Poor communication; Worn out room - too old & Receive a special price but get an aged room.

maybe not the best my hit of randomly chosen 3* hotel

I booked for 4 night, and the breakfast price for 4 mornings (which was included in my booking) was very good. Quiet location, no noises around - good for sleeping night time. Reception allowed me to stay in the hotel room 2 hours longer for free (because my flight was late evening). Condoms in the room available, price 100 Bath. Have a microwave and a large refrigerator.

Room cleaning is not so good. Someone's woman hair everywhere on the floor. I like a woman, but not so much to find their long black hair everywhere in the room. The room furniture and everything is very old. But ok, can imagine i'm in a retro-hotel. Windows almost closed by kind of outside siding panels. Should the price of my room booking be lower, maybe I will be happy more even with all mentioned above.

I really enjoy my stay at Aspen Suites, I will stay again at this hotel if I come back to Bangkok.

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu also change everyday. Two rooms that I booked for 5 adults and 1 child were spacious, clean & meet my expectation. I like their big wardrobe & dressing table. My daughter likes the swimming pool & free tuk tuk service to the main road.

Nothing, I like everything the hotel provided.

Not a 4 star hotel!

Food in the restaurant was very good! I had lunch, sauteed chicken, it was very tasty and good. The omelette I had for breakfast was one of the best omelettes I ever had!

Room was not ready for check in when arriving at 14.00! The corridors and the rooms need to be updated and refreshed! Very worn down. Carped was full of stains.

Good budget hotel with large rooms- value

Rooms are REALLY large but there is absolutely no view. Close to everything with a Villa supermarket in the basement of the shopping mall at the end of the Soi. The shopping mall is useless but having a Villa in the basement makes up for that. The staff are friendly. The breakfast was basic but suits most needs. I thought there was an indooor & outdoor pool from the ad but in reality there was just a very small lap pool outside. Good for 1-2 nights while transitioning through Bangkok

I asked for Non -smoking and got the smoking floor which reeked-especially the hallway carpets.

FANTASTIC.

The twin-connected rooms is FANTASTIC !!! Really RECOMMENDED. Value for Money. A Good Location. Tuk Tuk available to bring you out to main road for free. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We love the washer, our twin-bedroom has Washer available to use.

Great and comfortable stay.

We got a spacious room upgrade and the staff was always available and happy to help. We had a great time in our room. The facilities like the gym and the pool were good and we got the most out of them. The area is conveniently located in a quiet area but still very close to where the action happens.

Although the rooms were clean certain corners where you only look by mistake have been neglected (left dusty).

The price, the rooftop pool, the cozy big room in the family suite.

At first the reception gave us a wrong bed preference but then they upgraded us to a better room so its ok. Only indian food options for breakfast.
